Our bodies are built to live in a rhythm that is cyclical in nature. Somewhere along the way of conforming to hustle culture and operating in survival mode, this way of being has become lost, forgotten and intentionally left out of the curriculum for many individuals.

Understanding your body’s cyclical nature can unlock a wealth of information and answers for why your body may not be operating optimally under your current environments or situations.

Re-educating myself on my period has been instrumental to addressing my PMS. The more I understood the ways in which different elements and energies affect my body at different times of the month or year, the easier it is to operate and be in flow or have clarity.
