    + Breathwork journey for 1-1.5 hours with skillful, attuned facilitator guidance

    This immersive experience incorporates:

  • 1-on-1 energetic exchange:

    Ceremonies are based on a pay-what-you-can pricing model. No questions asked to qualify. Suggested payment is $77.

  • This virtual session will be hosted on Zoom. Although encouraged, you’re not required to be on camera. Show up as you are.

  • I’m a strong advocate for showing and sharing healing modalities that involve your active participation. This is the “self-healing” component to the inner work we must all do as part of our individual journeys.

    The containers created especially for you are to help awaken the healer within yourself.

    If you’re concerned about the common breathwork experiences and/or have a condition that falls under breathwork contraindications, please communicate this with me so that we can incorporate more of a yin, soft approach to your ceremony.

    Safety is a priority and breathwork isn’t for everybody, all the time.
