The Trusted Response Urgent Support Team (TRUST) was developed by County of Santa Clara, CA, to provide effective and compassionate behavioral health intervention to the community. 

With a care-first, non-law enforcement approach, individuals contacting this mobile response program can feel assured knowing they are reaching mental health professionals who are experts in responding to emotional distress.

Since launching in 2022, I’ve worked closely with Santa Clara County’s Department of Behavioral Health Services and TRUST’s community-based provider organizations to promote and educate the community about this lifeline.
