HOW I WAS INTRODUCED TO THE CURLY CO DIFFUSER
I’ve been following the Curly Co. for some time on Instagram and I love all the user generated content they share! A majority of their posts showcase people who successfully diffuse their hair utilizing the Curly Co diffuser. Judging by all the photos, I figured I’d give it a shot too. To be perfectly fair, I’ve only used one other diffuser – the default one that’s included in my blow dryer’s package. I’ve had lots of success using this standard tool so I wasn’t sure what to expect in testing out a new design.
WHAT MAKES CURLY CO’S DIFFUSER SO SPECIAL?
What’s important to note about the Curly Co diffuser is that it’s made of silicone and it’s collapsible! Super convenient for those who are well travelled or like to have less bulk in their beauty cabinet. The flexible nature of this diffuser makes it highly compatible with a lot of blow dryers (mine is a Revlon 1875 watt ionic ceramic) and because there’s depth to it on its top layer, it can easily capture more hair during the diffusing process. This means that your dry time could be quicker.
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR ME TO LEARN HOW TO LOVE CURLY CO’S DIFFUSER?
Honestly, I had to use the diffuser four times BEFORE I started falling in love. At first, I felt like the fact that it was collapsible and flexible would make it flimsy and unreliable. It’s quite the opposite once you get a hang of it!
With the diffuser being flexible, I’m able to reach parts of my hair that I have trouble addressing. With the Curly Co diffuser, I have no problem with getting the back section of my hair dried in a proper manner.

IS THE CURLY CO DIFFUSER AFFORDABLE?
The price point for this item is accessible. It’s typically priced at $30, but I was able to order it at half the price and with free shipping.
