Since 2015, I’ve been leading my life using a 50+ page goals workbook that I complete every 2 years.
My 2016, 2018 and 2020 editions have been extremely beneficial to my life for that version of me.
My spiritual awakening showed me how strongly I tied my identity to productivity and being busy, and how toxic that was for me. After everything I went through in 2021, I decided to change the system I use that helps determine where and how I spend my time, energy and resources.
After some brainstorming, I created a 3-2-1 system (download here) that feels in alignment and supportive of a more mindful lifestyle.
If New Years Resolutions and other goal tracking systems feel overwhelming for you, I invite you to try what I’ve come up with! (Click here to download this freebie)

Yes, consistency is key AND developing an actual devotion for these intentions will help you get to where you want to be.
2 Goals for the Year
Measurable and attainable things that you want to actually track.
1 Big Manifestation for the Year
Something that feels “impossible” or “difficult” to do that you want to make come true!
